Our natural-processed Ethiopian Guji is vibrant, fruity, and highly aromatic. It has a medium body with a sweet, wine-like acidity, a clean, sweet and fruity finish and is one of the most complex coffees we offer. If you want to expand your coffee experience then this is the coffee for you! It's great as a pour over or espresso.
Guji coffee is shade-grown in soil that’s rich in nutrients; leaves from the shade trees fall and become compost, and coffee pulp is returned to the farmers to be turned into compost. While the coffee is not certified organic, no chemical fertilizers are applied to the Guji coffee.
